A Health and Wellbeing Coach can be either private or part of the NHS team looking after personal physical and mental health.

Being PCI (Personalised Care Institute) Acredited means that I am now certified to work within the NHS Framework either directly within your GP Surgery or privately within Business.

As an employer it is cheeper to pay for a private Therapist or Health Coach like me or BUPA than it is to wait for the support from within the NHS.

There are also tax breaks available for employers who are utilising private resourses for employees.

The goal is for 2.5 million people to have benefitted from personalised care by 2023/24

The PCI is helping to deliver on this with their own mission of training 75,000 health and care professionals via their eLearning platform and accredited training partners.
